Lowongan Kerja PT Yamaha Motor Parts Manufacturing Indonesia 1. Production Engineering Qualifications: Bachelor/Diploma degree in Metallurgy/Foundry Engineering. Graduated from reputable university with GPA min 3.00 Having a knowledge about material base Highly self motivated, self confidence and willingness to learn Hard worker, able to multi tasks and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines Good analytical and problem solving skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the company (verbal and written – Fluent in English) Willing to be placed in KIIC, Karawang, Jawa Barat. 2. Quality Engineering Qualifications: Bachelor/Diploma degree in Metallurgy. Graduated from reputable university with GPA min 3.00 Proficient in using measuring tools Skilled in interpreting technical drawings to ensure accurate measurements Having a knowledge about material base Highly self motivated, self confidence and willingness to learn Hard worker, able to multi tasks and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines Good analytical and problem solving skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the company (verbal and written – Fluent in English) Willing to be placed in KIIC, Karawang, Jawa Barat. 3. Taxation Staff Job Description: Calculate and report monthly taxes Operate the tax administration system (Coretax) Communicate effectively with tax auditors Ensure the company’s tax compliance Requirement: Bachelor/Diploma (D4) degree, majoring in Taxation or Fiscal Administration Holds Brevet A & B Tax Certification. Experienced working at a tax consulting firm is preferred. Strong communication and analytical skills. Detail oriented and accurate. Hard worker, able to multi-tasks and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines. Fluent in English (verbal and written). Willing to be placed in KIIC, Karawang, Jawa Barat. 4. Recruitment & Selection Staff Job Description: Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to fulfill manpower requirements in a timely and effective manner. Conduct psychological test administration & interview. Develop and maintain recruitment databases and talent pools. Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners, schools, and other talent sources. Analyze recruitment effectiveness and propose improvement initiatives. Requirement: Male, Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Experienced in recruitment and selection process. Knowledge of interview techniques and psychological testing is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment systems. Able to work independently and collaboratively. Hard worker, able to multi-tasks and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Have a TOEFL certificate with a minimum score of 500 Willing to work in a mobile role. Willing to be placed in KIIC, Karawang, Jawa Barat. PT.
