Customer-Centric Consultation: Actively listen to customer needs to build strong relationships and generate repeat sales. Data Management: Collect and document essential customer information, payment methods, and purchase histories accurately. Product Expert: Stay up-to-date with all Cakap products and proactively inform customers about exciting new offerings. Support & Query Resolution: Readily answer customer questions and provide clear information about our products. 💼 What We Are Looking For (Requirements): Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Telesales representative (Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply!). Skills: Strong administrative skills with the ability to maintain excellent documentation. Communication: Exceptional communication skills, comfortable working in a multicultural environment. Mindset: A strong passion for creating social impact through education in Indonesia. Flexibility: Willing to work in shifts and highly comfortable working with sales targets.
